Pricing & Logistics FAQs

Are official venue permit fees included in the package prices?

+

No, our photography package rates do not include the official venue permit fees or camera charges required for shoots at paid monuments, historical palaces, or private heritage hotels (such as Amer Fort, Nahargarh Fort, City Palace, or Jaigarh Fort). These permit costs are government-regulated or privately set venue entry fees that the client must pay directly to the respective monument authorities or palace administrations. However, as part of our comprehensive shoot coordination service, our studio manages the entire paperwork, booking process, and coordination logistics on your behalf. This ensures that when you arrive on-set, all location permissions are cleared and ready, allowing you to focus completely on your royal heritage photoshoot experience.

Does the team charge extra for travel within Jaipur?

+

No, all local transportation, fuel costs, and transit logistics for our photography crew (which includes lead photographers, cinematographers, light assistants, and equipment) within the municipal limits of Jaipur are fully covered under our standard package rates. However, for out-of-town shoot destinations or scenic remote sites located outside the city borders (such as the white salt pans of Sambhar Lake, the marble debris dunes of Kishangarh, or the sand dunes of Pushkar), clients are kindly requested to arrange a dedicated transit vehicle for our crew and gear or reimburse standard outstation travel, fuel, toll charges, and basic team overnight accommodation if required.

Do you provide outfits and jewelry for the shoot?

+

Our photography packages focus exclusively on capturing your memories and do not directly include outfit rentals or bridal jewelry. However, because wardrobe selection plays a vital role in styling royal Jaipur backdrops, we provide a complimentary styling consultation upon booking. We help you choose colors and styles that contrast beautifully with monuments—such as pastels for Patrika Gate and heavy royal red or blue attire for Amer Fort. Additionally, we have exclusive partnerships with the premier outfit rental boutiques and bridal jewelry designers in Jaipur, allowing our clients to rent gorgeous traditional lehengas, regal gowns, sherwanis, and jewelry sets at special discounted rates.

What happens if it rains or permits are cancelled?

+

If your scheduled shoot date experiences unexpected heavy rains, severe weather alerts, or sudden monument closures by the government archeological department, we will coordinate to reschedule the photoshoot to the next available date at no additional fee or administration charge. While official monument permit fees once paid are generally non-refundable under government guidelines, we will work closely with the administration office to try and transfer the permit validity to the new rescheduled date. If a complete rescheduling is not possible due to your travel dates (especially for NRI couples), we will adapt the shoot itinerary to beautiful covered locations, heritage cafe interiors, or indoor studio sets to ensure you get your complete deliverables.
