By accessing our website or booking our photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings and Deposits
All bookings require a signed agreement and a retainer fee to reserve your shoot date. The remaining balance is payable prior to or on the shoot day itself, as specified in your package terms. Retainer deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date if requested at least 14 days in advance.
2. Location Permits and Charges
Shoot permit costs for heritage venues (such as Amer Fort, Nahargarh, or City Palace) are set by local administration authorities and are not included in the basic photographer package fees. All permission fees must be paid directly to the venue administration. The studio team will handle coordinates and booking permissions on your behalf.
3. Delivery of Media
A photo teaser (2-3 fully edited images) will be shared within 48 hours of the shoot. The complete library of high-resolution edited photos and cinematic films will be delivered digitally within 10 to 15 days of the shoot. All raw files remain the intellectual property of the studio.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delayed deliverables or shoot rescheduling due to severe weather, government permit cancellations, or other emergencies outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will coordinate to reschedule the shoot at the earliest mutually available date.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for outfit selection, transport logistics to remote shoots (e.g. Sambhar Lake), and safety permissions. We encourage arriving 15 minutes before sunrise to capture the best lighting conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
